Who we are

We name the humans who sign. That starts with us.

MakerChecker exists because AI agents can do the work in regulated fields but cannot own the decisions that carry legal weight. We build the layer that lets an agent run, stops it at the calls a person has to own, and produces a record a regulator can check without trusting anyone. A product built on named accountability should not have anonymous makers.

The founders

Suleiman Mashini

Co-founder, technical

Builds the engine, the audit chain, and the verifier. Suleiman leads the product and the code that a customer's security team reads before they run it.

Daniel Koob

Co-founder, commercial

Runs the customer side out of Europe. Daniel has served on the board of a Nasdaq-listed medical-device company and led a diagnostics business, and he brings MakerChecker to the quality and regulatory leaders who carry personal accountability for the work.

Why we build it in the open.

The whole point of MakerChecker is that you do not have to take our word for anything. The record a regulator checks stands on its own math, not on our reputation. So the code is open source and self-hosted, your data never reaches us, and your security team can read every line before you run it. We would rather be checked than believed.

We work with a small number of design partners at a time, close to the people who carry the accountability, so the product is shaped by the real job and not by a roadmap written in a vacuum.

See it for yourself

See an agent get stopped.

One command starts the demo: an agent stopped from signing off its own work, and the signed evidence file an inspector can check for themselves.

Designed against the rules your auditors already enforce.
